Return/Exchange Policy

 

We have a "NO REFUND" policy. Eligible merchandise may be returned for "STORE CREDIT" only within 7 days after delivery. Me Mi Mee will not accept any returns after 7 days. Please notify us when you are returning a package with the tracking number at allaboutmemimeebtq@gmail.com.

CONDITIONS:
Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging with all original tags attached. Merchandise must be free of any stains from grease, makeup, deodorant, etc.

*Final sale merchandise is "NOT" eligible for exchange or store credit.

*Bodysuits are "NOT" eligible for exchange or store credit.

*Custom made merchandise is "NOT" eligible for exchange or store credit.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please be advised, there is a no guarantee we will have what you want at that time in stock when you want to exchange your merchandise. However, simply return your package by following the return procedure. You can let us know what you would like to exchange for. Please allow 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our warehouse. Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Include your original packing slip with merchandise being returned. Without providing an order number there may be a delay in processing your return.

2. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging with all original tags attached. Merchandise must be free of any stains from grease, makeup, deodorant, etc.

3. All return shipping cost must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records.
